Who we are

Spokane Junk Pros is a booking and dispatch line, and that's the whole job. We're not the crew with the truck, and we're not a national dispatch desk working through a script. When you call or text, we take down what's leaving and where it sits, then connect you with a locally owned, licensed and insured junk removal crew that does the actual hauling. Our end is picking up fast and getting the details right the first time, so the crew rolling up already knows what it's walking into. No hold music. No getting bounced between departments.

Keeping both ends of the call local is the point. Booking through a Spokane line means a South Hill basement with a narrow stairwell gets treated as a different job than a Valley garage with a wide driveway, and the crew we send has worked both.

Why local matters

What to expect

2. The crew does the hauling. They show up during your window, load everything out, and sweep before they leave. You point; they carry.
3. You approve the price on-site, then pay. The estimate is based on truck space used. What the crew tells you on-site is what you pay. No surprises.

Reusable items get donated and eligible materials get recycled. A load only heads to the landfill when there's nowhere better for it to go.
